Would i be able to afford my own apartment?

I work as a cashier and i make 9.00 a hr and i get paid every 2 weeks. I really want to move into my own place. Im 24 years old and i think its time. Im just not sure if i would be able to afford it. The only bills i have right now are my phone and insurance that are both $70 each a month. I live in Wichita, KS. If you live in the same area could you also tell me how much you think the average bills would be for just me in a one bedroom apartment.
