Will i get into the University of Kansas?

Okay long story short i am currently a student at Wichita State University. my major at first was marketing but i was only doing it because i thought i would be making alot of money! my first year went horrible i got some bad grades. recently i just switch my major to biology because i wanna purse my dream of being a doctor that i always had before i changed it to marketing. well WSU just stopped my financial aid and now i wanna transfer to KU and be apart of the pre med program because my grades increase alot when i am doing something i really like! i just wanna know whats my chances of getting into KU with my past grades being bad but they increase or do i have to go oto commuinity college and i really do not wanna have to do that!! im so confused! i already applied to KU i just really hope i get in
