Does anyone know of any LOW INCOME apartments that does not have a waiting list?

or the waiting list is VERY VERY short!?!?! I don't care WHERE it is. I just need a place asap! I know in Clearwater, KS (by wichita) they never have a waiting list, there is always an opening. I'm trying to find something like this but not THERE. I hope someone knows something!
